AIMate Smart Practice — speech-to-text · smart medical records · one-click entry into the clinic system (HIS)
Doctors focus on patients; let AI teammates handle paperwork and data entry. No changes to your existing clinic system (HIS), zero learning curve, billed per completed record, 14-day free trial.
72B flagship matches the online frontier while offline (statistical parity, n≈800 decontaminated held-out)
Assistive only, not a diagnosis · Physician review required · Not a medical device
Real survey across 321 clinics
61.4% of clinics say handwriting, organizing and entering records is the most time-consuming task — at ~25 visits/day, that's about 3.1 hours a day on post-visit paperwork.
Hiring 1-2 data-entry staff costs ¥120k-190k per year; 85.7% of clinics clearly feel labor-cost pressure.
74.4% of clinics have dealt with patients losing their records; without active reminders, return visits are lost.
More than price, privacy concern is the biggest blocker — fear of patient-data leaks is the top obstacle to going digital.
AI does not replace the doctor — it does what the doctor shouldn't have to
In-room assistant — the doctor consults, the record forms itself
System operator — closes the last mile from "record generated" to "archived in the clinic system (HIS)"
Patient-service assistant — a Records Steward app, a lifelong health archive for patients and family
Real-time herb-stock alerts and smart restocking suggestions
Automation assistant for clinic content marketing and patient outreach
Smart scheduling and patient self-service booking
Auto-coding of diagnoses/drugs and insurance settlement integration
Doctor time per record, from dictation to archive
Equivalent to 1-2 full-time data-entry staff
See 5 more patients/day with the time saved (at the surveyed ¥150 average ticket)

We built security into every stage to address clinics' #1 concern
The patient's cloud records are encrypted with the patient's own key — they can only be opened after the patient signs in. The platform itself cannot decrypt them and has no backdoor; without the patient's sign-in, no one can open this archive.
The clinic's local side is unaffected: doctors view their own clinic's records as usual — while the key to the cloud archive stays only with the patient.
This is the promise of top-tier privacy, and its cost: if the key is lost, the data can never be opened, and no one (including us) has a backdoor. Please back up the key carefully.
At the root, no more worry about data leaks.
Encrypted end-to-end from recording and transmission to storage; every on-disk scenario uses layered encryption (SM4 at-rest + transport + envelope encryption), so even an unexpected crash leaves no plaintext on the device.
Patients scan to sign informed consent before the visit, fully auditable; AI only records and enters data — every record and prescription is reviewed and confirmed by the doctor; the clinical decision always stays with the doctor.
Use it without visiting the clinic: snap a photo or speak to log vaccines, prenatal checks, follow-ups and medication; AI files them and works out when to book next. The private key stays on your phone — even we can't open it.
The patient scans to sign consent, the doctor taps to start, and consults as usual — the AI Scribe quietly records alongside.
Stop recording when the visit ends; a structured record is ready in ~30s, and anything inaccurate can be fixed with a single voice command.
After the doctor reviews and confirms, the AI Data Entry writes the patient, record and prescription precisely into the existing clinic system (HIS), and the record syncs into the Records Steward.
The AI Scribe is billed per completed record: three monthly tiers each include a visit quota, overage is billed per visit without service interruption; the AI Data Entry is enabled with the software license; the AI Patient Steward is free forever. 14-day free trial.
No. The AI Data Entry connects directly to your existing clinic system (HIS) for one-click entry; not-yet-supported systems can be adapted for a separate fee.
End-to-end encrypted: recording, transmission and storage all use layered encryption (national-standard SM); patient cloud records are encrypted with the patient's own key — openable only after the patient signs in, and the platform itself cannot decrypt them.
AI handles recording and the first draft; only after the doctor's final review and confirmation is it archived and entered — the clinical decision is always the doctor's. Prescriptions go through multiple checks, and uncertain dictionary items are handed to the doctor to choose.
