Encuesta real en 107 clínicas
62.6% of clinics pick marketing and patient acquisition as the task they most want AI to take over — top on both pain and expectation.
73.8% of clinics keep records daily, and 51.9% of them find it annoying or very painful; it is also the feature they are most willing to trial.
58.9% of clinics have fewer than 40% returning patients; the top cause of churn is having no reason to return after a course (61.9%), not losing them to competitors.
The top concern about AI is that it will not match the doctor's own reasoning (61.7%); privacy concerns sit at 42-50%.
AI does not replace the doctor — it takes over the work a doctor should not have to do. Availability comes with a bundle or per module; see the pricing page for what each tier includes. Items marked “In testing” are in limited testing and open up as noted in the app.
From waiting for patients to attracting them: generate articles and images in one tap, share links that carry your clinic code, and track referrals automatically.
Follow-ups stop depending on memory: care-plan follow-ups, questionnaires and multi-channel outreach (AI calls / SMS) run on schedule, with a monthly quota and per-use overage.
You examine as usual while it listens. About 30 seconds after you stop recording, the complaint, history, tongue and pulse, pattern diagnosis, formula and orders are structured — you review and adjust.
A knowledge-base-driven assistant replies automatically (clearly labelled as AI); anything uncertain goes to a human, signed off by the doctor.
Patients book themselves, get arrival reminders, and are seen in an orderly queue — fewer idle slots and less waiting.
Write the record back into your existing clinic system in one tap: patient, record and prescription stored precisely in about 30 seconds, with a post-submit re-check and doctor confirmation for anything uncertain.
Doctor time per record, from dictation to archive
Equivalent to 1-2 full-time data-entry staff
Sources: survey of 107 clinics (Sep 2026) and measured trial data; the subscription costs roughly 3%-15% of replacing 1-2 data-entry staff.
Trained on your own clinic's data to follow your pattern-diagnosis reasoning and prescribing habits; data is handled within the security domain of your tier.

Model growth · terms take effect → first dedicated model → monthly strengthening → steady
It works as your clinical thinking assistant: it suggests and shows its basis; every decision remains yours.
Available now: training runs on a one-off training pack (prepaid per run), running the model on a cloud-hosting subscription — you can buy them in steps.
Training and running the model entirely inside the clinic.
That form needs a training-grade GPU on site and an on-site environment acceptance; we will open it once available and will not sell it before then.
Recording, transport and storage are encrypted throughout (SM4 at rest, transport encryption, envelope encryption); nothing is left in plaintext on the device even if the app exits. Audio is never retained on the client — the server is the only encryption source.
A patient's cloud record is encrypted with the patient's own key; we cannot decrypt it and there is no backdoor. Local clinic records are unaffected — doctors keep viewing them as usual.
If the key is lost the data can never be opened again — no one, including us, has a backdoor. Please back it up.

Authorisation QR · the patient scans once and is linked
The patient scans to sign consent, the doctor taps to start, and consults as usual — the AI Scribe quietly records alongside.

Recording · live audio waveform
Stop recording when the visit ends; a structured record is ready in ~30s, and anything inaccurate can be fixed with a single voice command.

Structured record · complaint / history / tongue & pulse / diagnosis / prescription
After the doctor reviews and confirms, the AI Data Entry writes the patient, record and prescription precisely into the existing clinic system (HIS), and the record syncs into the Records Steward.
Real client UI screenshots; the clinic and data shown are a demo environment.
One person manages the whole family's records, with visits from multiple clinics in one place; vaccine, prenatal and chronic-care reminders arrive automatically. It is used by patients themselves and is separate from the clinic app.

The AI Scribe is billed per completed record: every bundle includes a visit quota, overage is billed per visit without service interruption; the AI Data Entry is enabled with the software license; the AI Patient Steward is included with your plan at no separate charge. 14-day free trial.
No. The AI Data Entry connects directly to your existing clinic system (HIS) for one-click entry; not-yet-supported systems can be adapted for a separate fee.
End-to-end encrypted: recording, transmission and storage all use layered encryption (national-standard SM); patient cloud records are encrypted with the patient's own key — openable only after the patient signs in, and the platform itself cannot decrypt them.
AI handles recording and the first draft; only after the doctor's final review and confirmation is it archived and entered — the clinical decision is always the doctor's. Prescriptions go through multiple checks, and uncertain dictionary items are handed to the doctor to choose.
The product is iterating quickly; you're welcome to join the trial program (longer free trial, rewards for feedback) and co-build the product with us.
