About AIMate Smart Practice

Our mission

Grassroots-clinic doctors spend huge amounts of time each day writing records, entering systems and chasing follow-ups — things "a doctor shouldn't have to do." Our AI teammates take these chores over: the AI Scribe listens and writes, the AI Data Entry enters the system, and the AI Patient Steward (free) accompanies patients — the doctor just consults, and the clinical decision always rests with the doctor.

This is currently a preview release: the core capabilities already run in real clinics, while features still iterate weekly. We invite clinics who share this direction to co-build with us (see Campaigns).

Security commitments

• Patient key sovereignty: in the Records Steward, the patient's cloud records are encrypted with the patient's own key — openable only after the patient signs in, and the platform itself cannot decrypt them; if the key is lost, the data is permanently unreadable — the promise and cost of top-tier privacy.
• Security at every step: recording, transmission and storage are encrypted end-to-end, with layered encryption (national standard) for every on-disk scenario.
• Informed consent and auditing: patients scan to sign informed consent before the visit, and all AI operations are auditable.
• Doctor final review: AI only assists with recording and entry; every record and prescription takes effect after the doctor confirms it.
