What is AIMate Smart Practice, and whose problems does it solve?

It frees doctors from writing records, keying systems and chasing follow-ups — hire fewer clerks, see more patients. AI only records and enters data; the clinical decision always rests with the doctor, and it does not diagnose.

How is the product priced?

Billed by "number of completed records (visits)" — this is the AI Scribe fee: three monthly tiers each include a visit quota (Starter ≤400, Standard ≤700, High-volume ≤1400), overage billed per visit without service interruption, and unused quota rolls over to next month. Do we need to replace or modify our existing clinic system (HIS)?

Accepted Answer

No. The AI Data Entry connects directly to your existing clinic system (HIS) and writes patient, record and prescription precisely with one click; not-yet-supported clinic systems (HIS) can be adapted for a separate fee (one-time adaptation fee — contact sales).

Are records and audio data secure?

Accepted Answer

Security at every step: recording, transmission and storage are encrypted end-to-end, and every on-disk scenario uses layered encryption (SM4 at-rest, transport, envelope encryption), so even an unexpected crash leaves no plaintext on the device; all operations are auditable.

How is patient privacy protected?

Accepted Answer

In the Records Steward, the patient's cloud records are encrypted with the patient's own key — openable only after the patient signs in, and the platform itself cannot decrypt them and has no backdoor. The clinic's local-side doctors view their own clinic's records as usual, unaffected. The patient also scans to sign informed consent before the visit; data sovereignty fully rests with the patient.

What if a patient loses their key?

Honestly: it can't be recovered. Patient-key encryption has no backdoor, and losing the key means the cloud data can never be opened — that's the cost of top-tier privacy. Please remind patients to back up their key carefully (export and save is supported).

Question 8

Are AI-generated records accurate? Who is responsible for errors?

Accepted Answer

AI handles only recording and the first draft: a record is archived and entered only after the doctor's final review; prescriptions go through multiple checks, and uncertain drugs/diagnoses are handed to the doctor to choose — the clinical decision always rests with the doctor, and AI does not diagnose.

Which dialects and operating systems are supported?

What does "preview release" mean?

The core capabilities already run in real clinics, but features still iterate weekly and the UI and details may change. You're welcome to join the trial program: longer free period, rewards for feedback, co-build the product with us.

Does it require internet access?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the preview release requires internet access — cloud AI is key to transcription and record quality. A fully on-premise edition is planned (data never leaves the intranet); contact sales for a separate contract if needed.
